💳 How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted international platform that accepts all major cards.

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout, and you’ll be able to book your lessons whenever it suits you. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on my website.

📅 How do I book my lessons?

Once you purchase a 10-lesson pack or a single class, you’ll get a private Calendly booking link.

You can then choose your lesson times directly in your time zone — no back-and-forth messages needed!

Calendly automatically handles reminders and rescheduling.

🔁 Can I reschedule a lesson?

Yes — you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your lesson using the same Calendly link in your confirmation email.

After that time, the session is considered confirmed.

💸 Can I cancel a lesson and get a refund?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are considered confirmed. your lesson credit remains valid for 6 months, so you can book again anytime. In exceptional cases (emergencies or technical issues), I’ll gladly arrange a solution with you.

🧾 Do lesson packs expire?

Yes — your 10-lesson pack remains valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

You can book all lessons at once or space them out over time, depending on your schedule.

🎥 What platform are lessons held on?

Lessons take place online via Google Meet. No need to download or install anything !

You’ll receive a meeting link automatically in your Calendly confirmation email.

📚 Do you provide materials or homework?

Yes — I provide digital materials (PDFs, articles, exercises) after each class when needed.

Homework is optional but available if you like to review between sessions.

🕓 What time zone do you teach in?

I’m based in France (CET), but Calendly automatically adjusts to your local time zone — so you’ll always see available times in your time.

💬 Can I speak English or Spanish during lessons?

Of course! I’m fluent in both 🇬🇧 English and 🇪🇸 Spanish.

We can switch languages anytime to make explanations easier or build confidence.

📈 What if I’m absent ?

I will wait for you for 15 minutes, but if you don’t show up by then, I will count your lesson as completed and you won’t be able to reschedule or get a refund.

👥 Do you teach groups?

At the moment, I focus on private lessons (1:1) to give every student the attention they need.

If there are two of you together (on the same computer) however, I can definitely arrange that, just let me know in advance please !

🔐 Is my data safe?

Yes. This website uses Canva hosting and Fathom Analytics, which are fully GDPR-compliant and privacy-friendly.

Your booking and payment details are processed securely through Calendly and Stripe — I never see or store your financial information.
