1. How does the 10-lesson pack work?
You book and pay for your first lesson using the calendar above. After that, you receive a private link to schedule your remaining 9 lessons whenever it suits you, within the 6-month validity period.
2. How long is each lesson?
Each lesson in the pack is a 50-minute one-on-one online session with Pauline.
3. How long is the pack valid?
The 10-lesson pack is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons after this period are forfeited.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson in the pack?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours in advance using the links in your confirmation email. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time are considered due and non-refundable.
5. Is the 10-lesson pack suitable for beginners?
Yes. The pack is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Each lesson is adapted to your level, pace, and goals.
